Strategic Plan 2021- 2023 Stakeholder Survey

The FSPO has begun the process of developing its next Strategic Plan, focusing on the period 2021 – 2023. In developing this next Strategic Plan, the FSPO is seeking the input and views of parties that share an interest in the role of the FSPO and the manner in which it delivers against its statutory responsibilities and our Mission and Vision.

This survey seeks the views of our stakeholders on a small number of questions. Your feedback and views are very important to us and will help to inform the development of the FSPO's Strategic Plan.

 

Strategic Plan 2018 - 2021

In July 2018 the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO) launched its Strategic Plan, 'Enhancing the Customer Experience', which sets out the vision for the next three years. The Plan is the first for the organisation, which was established on 1 January 2018.
