The FSPO is obliged, in accordance with S.I. No. 343/2015 - European Union (Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes) Regulations 2015 Section 10, to publish an annual activity report on its website within 6 months of the end of each calendar year. It must also submit a two-year activity report to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) every two years, which is available below. The CCPC is designated as the competent authority in the State for the purposes of these Regulations and the Directive.
