The FSPO is obliged, in accordance with S.I. No. 343/2015 - European Union (Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes) Regulations 2015 Section 10, to submit an annual activity report to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) within 6 months of the end of each calendar year, and publish this report on its website. The CCPC is designated as the competent authority in the State for the purposes of these Regulations and the Directive. The FSPO is also obliged to submit a two-year annual activity report to the CCPC, which it has made available below.
