OmbudsDay 2025

OmbudsDay 2025 is celebrated on 9 October. The day offers an opportunity to collaborate with other Ombudsman’s offices to raise awareness of the important role of an Ombudsman and its services.

In Ireland we have 7 Ombudsman, which can investigate complaints for a range of services offered to consumers. Their services are impartial, fair and free.

As part of our strategic plan we promise to connect with consumers to help build a better understanding of what we do, and how people can best access and make use of our service should they need us.
