OmbudsDay 2026

OmbudsDay 2026 is celebrated on 8 October. The day offers an opportunity to collaborate with other Ombudsman’s offices to raise awareness of the important role of an Ombudsman and its services.

In Ireland we have seven Ombudsmen, which can investigate complaints for a range of services offered to consumers. Their services are impartial, fair and free.
